I am currently an Oregon Medical Marijuana Program (OMMP) patient and grower. I am very concerned about the decline in membership of our program. Recent legislative changes have made it difficult for patients to gain access to affordable and quality cannabis. The Oregon Health Authority’s OMMP and Oregon Liquor Control Commission’s (OLCC) recreational cannabis program are both fee-based programs. OMMP patients continue to lose access to growers, therefore loosing access to affordable cannabis. Of the OMMP patient population, 51% live on reduced income. They simply cannot afford cannabis from dispensaries, not even discounted cannabis.

Cannabis Seeds
For OMMP participants, we offer a wide variety of seeds, from simple crosses to stabilized seed stock. We have painstakingly selected our genetics for vigor, pest resistance, and low maintenance.
Bubble Hash
Bubble hash, also known as ice water hash or water hash, is a technique to separate the resinous heads from the glandular trichomes to isolate the resin in cannabis. Using micro screen bags, ice, and water, one can effectively strain out resin glands.
Bio
Matthew Mendoza is an OMMP patient that is passionate about cannabis and saving the OMMP program. I have shown up to every Oregon Cannabis Committee and Subcommittee meetings since its conception. I have attended the Oregon Medical Marijuana Rules Advisory Committee meetings. I have attended a few of the Oregon Liquor Control Commission meetings that center on their medical cannabis program. I follow state legislation regarding all things cannabis related. I have sat in various clinics around the state surveying and listening to OMMP participants. I have a deep understanding of what their needs are and want to convey their voice to legislators.
